• The AIS Hot Deal iPhone Package is exclusively available to customers who purchase any iPhone from AIS and subscribe to a new number, switch from prepaid to postpaid service, port-in to AIS, or already subscribe to an existing postpaid package.
• Excess usage rates are 1.50 Baht for voice calls to any network (Fractions of a minute are rounded up to one minute), 2.5 Baht/SMS and 4 Baht/MMS.
• The monthly service and excessive usage rates are 7% VAT exclusive.
• Subscribers who registered as an individual with the primary phone number are eligible for an exclusive App Store discount under the following conditions:
  1. Subscribers with a package of 1,699-2,999 Baht/month are eligible for the 2,400 Baht discount (200 Baht discount per month for 12 months). Start from 1 October 2022 onwards.
  2. Customers are required to create an Apple ID and register their AIS postpaid number (The primary number used for registering the AIS 5G Hot Deal iPhone package) as the method of payment.
  3. Any unused monthly discount cannot be transferred to the following billing cycle.
  4. If the subscriber switches to a higher AIS 5G Hot Deal iPhone, the discount will be continued until the previous package term ends.
• Unlimited AIS SUPER WiFi – the system will send the username and password automatically by SMS. For more details, please visit www.ais.co.th/wifi
• Serenade membership (only for individual subscribers)
  1. Subscribers of 899-1,399 Baht, 1,499-1,999 or 2,999 and over package will receive an Emerald, Gold or Platinum membership status respectively.
  2. The Serenade membership status will be granted automatically within 3-5 working days from the date of subscription.
  3. Members will receive Serenade status for up to 12 months starting from the subscription date.
• AIS 5G Play VR and AIS 5G Play AR
  1. Enjoy 6 months of service access when subscribing to a 899 or 999 Baht AIS 5G Hot Deal iPhone.
  2. Enjoy 12 months of service access when subscribing to a 1,199 Baht AIS 5G Hot Deal iPhone or above.
  3. After the free-access period ends, an SMS will be sent to ask the subscriber to continue the service at the rate of 199 Baht (VAT exclusive). This service is not auto-recurring.
• For the 1,199 Baht AIS 5G Hot Deal iPhone or above, the package cannot be used in conjunction with the Multi SIM/Multi SIM Plus service.
• The AIS 5G Hot Deal iPhone are valid for 15 or 30 billing cycles.

Apple Service Terms of Usage

• Terms and conditions for Apple Music privilege
  1. The offer is limited to 1 privilege/phone number/Apple ID. Subscribers can only receive the privilege once.
  2. The stated service fees are 7% VAT inclusive but do not include data service fees.
  3. Once the Apple Music 6-month free trial period is over, a monthly service fee of 129 Baht will be applied automatically.
  4. The privilege will end when the subscriber terminates the Apple Music package.
  5. By using this package, the customer agrees to use the Apple Music service under the terms and conditions of Apple Music's service agreement.
  6. The company reserves the right not to reimburse the customer for any of the unused package or in the case of early package termination.
  7. The Apple Music application can be downloaded via the App Store.
  8. Usage rights and the rates stated are for normal usage only. Any commercial usage or other usages that may affect other subscribers are prohibited.
  9. AIS customers get your eligibility dial *651# call out.
• Terms and Conditions for Apple Arcade Service
  1. AIS customers get your eligibility dial *659# call out.
  2. The service is available exclusively for subscribers with an iOS operating system.
  3. The service is available for 1 number/Apple ID and can be requested only once.
  4. Subscribers who have registered as an individual for either pre-paid and post-paid packages are entitled to three free months of the Apple Arcade service.
  5. After the Apple Arcade free trial period ends, the service will be automatically billed at 99 Baht/month.
  6. The service rates are inclusive of 7% VAT but do not include internet fees.
  7. By subscribing to this package, you consent and agree to use the Apple Arcade service according to the terms and conditions including any policies of the Apple Arcade service.
  8. The usage allowance and service rates are for normal usage only. Any commercial usage or usage that might affect other users is not allowed.

• Terms and conditions on the free 50 GB iCloud service for 3 months (Data service will be charged on the customer’s current package)
  1. Limited to 1 claim per email address throughout the promotion period.
  2. Customers who have received the iCloud free trial or have paid for the iCloud service are not eligible for the offer.
  3. Once the free trial period ends, the 35 Baht/month Apple iCloud service fee will be charged (7% VAT included).
  4. The Company reserves the right to change the service details without prior notice.

• Apple TV+ terms and conditions
  1. Subscribers will receive the free Apple TV+ special allowance for 3 months.
  2. After the free-period is over, the 99 Baht Apple TV+ monthly service fee will be applied (VAT included).
  3. By using this package, the customer agrees to use the Apple TV+ service under the terms and conditions from Apple TV+’s service agreement.
• AIS Play Family is available to all customers registered as individual customers. (Starting from December 1st 2022)
  1. Once the main package is active, the subscriber will receive an SMS with a link to claim this AIS Play Family offer. Subscribers must claim the offer within 30 days after the first day of their main package subscription.
  2. This package is only available to AIS Postpaid customers who are registered or declared as an individual customer.
  3. Subscribers will receive an SMS confirming their Free 6 Months of PLAY FAMILY addon package once the main package subscription process is completed.
  4. The system will send the subscription confirmation once the process is completed (The confirmation will be sent by SMS within 1 day).
  5. Subscribers who have already subscribed to the PLAY PREMIUM or PLAY MOVIE package will not be able to claim this offer.
  6. Offer is limited to one claim per phone number.
  7. Subscribers can enjoy watching great shows from world-class premium channels here.
  8. Subscribers can access this package on 2 different devices simultaneously.
  9. Subscribers will receive an SMS 3 days before the end of the PLAY FAMILY Free package promotion to announce the continuation of the package and the charges that will be applied in the next billing cycle.
  10. The monthly service fee for the PLAY FAMILY package is 119 Baht per month.
  11. The rate stated above does not include 7% VAT or the data service fee.
  12. This service rate is for domestic use only.
  13. This service is limited to personal usage only. All commercial usage and/or other usages that may affect other users is prohibited.
  14. The Play Family service is still available even after subscribers have switched to another package within the same package group or have switched to other promotions.
  15. Offer is limited to 1 free claim per account.
  16. Subscribers must claim the offer within the limited period. All allowances will be terminated once the subscriber terminates the service or transfers ownership of the registered number.

• The contract period is 12 months or 24 months according to the price specified.
• Phone price already includes VAT.
• Advance service fee do not include VAT.
• Advance service fee of 1,500 – 4,000 Baht for contract 12 months will be refunded incrementally for up to 12 months, effective from the second billing cycle onwards.
• Advance service fee of 6,000 – 9,000 Baht for contract 24 months will be refunded incrementally for up to 18 months, effective from the second billing cycle onwards.
• The offer is limited to 2 special price device purchase contracts per 1 personal identification number (1 device purchase contract per phone number).
• If the customer decides to terminate the service or this purchase contract prior to the end of the contract, the company reserves the right to collect a fine equal to the amount of the discount that the customer received on the date of purchase.
