Terms and Conditions
- This package is available to AIS postpaid customers registered as an individual or corporate account.
- The usage validity of both the 3-Month and the Yearly packages will start from the date of package subscription (This includes the system preparation and application installation period of around 7 to 15 working days depending on the capability of each customer).
- The customer is allowed to switch the package. Package termination is allowed for active customers with at least 3 months of package subscription.
- The service fee for any excess usage of the SMS Campaign service is 0.5 Baht per 1 SMS credit.
- Once a customer has used up the SMS Campaign credit, the customer can contact Choco CRM to purchase more credits.
- Customers with a 2,990 Baht package can subscribe to the POS service by contacting Choco CRM to receive a special offer on the POS package.
- 1 SMS Campaign Credit = 1 SMS message. (Limit 70 characters per SMS for Thai texts and 160 characters per SMS for English texts)
- All service rates are 7% VAT exclusive.
- Usage allowances and service rates are for domestic use only and valid for normal usage only.
- The usage allowance stated in each package is valid within that billing cycle only. Any remaining unused allowances cannot be transferred to the next billing cycle.
- All package allowances will be terminated when the customer unsubscribes from his/her phone number, changes package, or switches ownership of the number.

30GB/Number/Month Add-on Package terms and conditions
- The customer is required to subscribe to a Choco Annual package and register to a new AIS number with any package subscription (SME DIY package is not included) to be eligible to subscribe to the 30GB/Number/Month package. Customers can register up to 3 additional numbers for this add-on data package.
- The 30GB/Month add-on package will expire within 12 billing cycles and will be terminated when the customer unsubscribes from his/her phone number, changes package, or switches ownership of the number, or switches to a package with a value lower than the original main package.
