SME Cloud PBX

Customers will receive location-based fixed line numbers (76 provinces nationwide supported) as office main number and extension for each employee. Employees can either use IP Phone provided by AIS or mobile application to make and answer calls.

By simply connecting to internet, all phone numbers will automatically be linked to Cloud PBX System. All incoming calls reaching office main number will be directed to greeting IVR (Auto Attendant) where the caller will select an extension number 1/2/3 (Extension Mapping) to contact an individual employee. Call Hunting is also available for accepting multiple incoming calls at the same time. Other Cloud PBX functions: Call Waiting, Call Hold, Call Transfer, and Call Forward are included.

Terms and Conditions

  • The package is available to Juristic customers.
  • Customer must select either IP Phone or Softphone. However, both options can be selected within the same organization.
  • Customer must provide their own internet connection.
    • In the case of Softphone, 4G/3G internet data or Wi-Fi is recommended.
    • In the case of IP Phone, internet broadband and router with empty LAN Port is recommended.
  • Customer must purchase SME Cloud PBX package before purchasing Main number
  • In the case of IP Phone, customer must use IP Phone provided by AIS only since this package does not support other IP Phone models. AIS IP Phone selection is available on website and shall be paid on one time charge basis.
  • Main Number Customer must select either Auto Attendant and Hunt Group service option or Hunt Group option only.
  • Does not allow international call (IDD)
  • Customer must choose the correct landline code number that corresponds to the province it is operating. Failure to do so, AIS shall reserve the right to service cancellation.
  • Each package expires within 12 billing cycles.
  • The package is valid from 1 February 2023 - 31 May 2023.
