Package Terms and Conditions

  1. This privilege is eligible for AIS Serenade customers who meet following criteria:
    • The customer must register in the name of residential customer.
    • The customer must be in AIS Postpaid system for at least 3 years.
    • The customer must have an average monthly service fee of the past 3 months more than or equal to 500 baht.
    • The customer must have no overdue bill of each billing cycle from April 2022 onwards.

  3. By dialing the USSD is only to check the customer criteria to join campaign.
  4. The customer to buy device in AIS Pay Later Installment with AIS Bill campaign is bound to a 12-month continuous service contract.
  5. AIS Pay Later Device Package is an add-on package (On Top Package) in addition to the main package currently used by customer.
  6. An add-on package will be charged on the invoice in the first billing cycle and the full monthly service fee will be charged. (no average on active days) and begin counting as the 1st billing cycle of 12 billing cycles.
  7. AIS Pay Later Device Package does NOT bundle Internet 5G/4G and additional calls (if used, will be charged from the main package).
  8. One customer (with the same name/family name) is entitled to receive the privilege to buy device in a special price with services contracts (in any campaign) for no more than 2 contracts all together. Each customer is entitled to installment with AIS Bill for 1 device/number.
  9. The customer will receive the promotional discount if the customer applies to use the package that is designated for each model. There is no need to change the package if the customer is using the minimum package that has been designated to each particular model.
  10. If the customer is bound to a 12-months continuous service contract, as set for each model, throughout the contract term, the customer cannot have the following transactions:
    • To request for disconnection;
    • To port out;
    • To register owner change;
    • To request for mobile number change; and
    • To request for charge type change;
  11. In case where the customer cancels the service or terminates the contract before the end of the contract, the Company reserves the right to charge the fine in the amount of the rate determined by the Company.
  12. In case where the customer cancels the service or terminates the contract before the end of the contract, the Company reserves the right to charge penalty in the rate equivalent to the amount of all the discounts that the customer to Advance Wireless Network Company Limited.
  13. The price of the device has included Value-Added Tax (VAT).
  14. If the existing customer in the AIS Postpaid system has the unpaid balance over due date, the outstanding balance must be paid before joining the campaign.
  15. In the case of unpaid service fees until the service is cancelled, the Company reserves the right to charge the fine in the amount of the rate determined by the Company.
  16. The Company reserves the right to change details without giving any prior notice.
