Prepaid Customer
Fee will be refunded as credit balance

Postpaid Customer
Fee will be refunded as a payment amount in the next billing cycle

For AIS prepaid and postpaid customers registered as individual persons who have applied for a roaming package only
Package refund conditions
A refund shall be made automatically once it is found you have not used the service. The customer is, nonetheless, required to pay for the package in the first place, and will later be refunded when no usage is found
For AIS postpaid customers, a package refund will be made within 45 days after the day the package terminates.
For AIS prepaid customers, a package refund will be made within 15 days after the day the package terminates.
In case the package has been used and a discount granted, no refund shall be provided.
AIS reserves the right to change or cancel the service terms and conditions without prior notice.
