To view Data Roaming packages
While travelling abroad, you can view data roaming packages of your destination country by simply dialing dial *111*1#   Then, wait for SMS notification of your chosen package code for self-subscription.

View information about Voice and SMS Roaming packages
When travelling abroad, you can view voice and SMS roaming packages of that country by simply dialing dial   *111*2#  Then, wait for SMS notification, which contains information about the self-subscription package you are interested in.

For the amount of data roaming used, dial *111*6# 

You will receive data roaming SMS alerts:

• For users who do not subscribe to a data roaming package
  -  You will be notified of data roaming service fee once you subscribe
• For users who subscribe to a data roaming package
  -  You will be notified of your data allowance balance and package validity period
  -  You will be notified of any excess data roaming charges, such as the use of other networks not covered under the package conditions.

These services can be used domestically and internationally

You can also check roaming rates by yourself wherever you are, in Thailand or overseas.

While you are in Thailand
dial  * 111*9* country code# 
Specify the country code that you want to check the roaming rates for. For example, 33 is the country code for France, so after you input the code, you will receive SMS notification of France’s roaming rates

While you are abroad
dial   *111*9# 
You will receive SMS notification of your destination country’s roaming rates.

To check roaming rates of other countries
dial   *111*9* country code# 
Specify the country code that you want to check the roaming rates for. For example, 33 is the country code for France, so after you input the code, you will receive SMS notification of France’s roaming rates.

You will receive the details that you requested by SMS notifications.
